The Sarit Centre Phase III is an approximately 92,203 m² mixed-use redevelopment of the existing Phase I and II mall, including a full architectural and MEP refurbishment
to give the centre a renewed identity and a competitive edge in Kenya’s modern retail market.

The project includes the design and construction of a new ultra-modern mall featuring 50,000 m² of GLA retail space, a 1,000-seat conference centre, structured parking, and associated support facilities.

Phase III has established a strong benchmark for quality and delivery, setting the standard for the successful implementation of future phases of the development.

Arena Mall is a retail development located at the junction
of Nsambya Road and Mukwano Road in Kampala, Uganda.
The project comprises approximately 20,000 m² Gross

Built Area, including over 15,000 m² of Gross lettable
Area, anchored by Shoprite as the main tenant.
The development involved the design and construction of
a six-storey building featuring two basement levels with
152 covered parking bays, three retail floors, and a roof
level incorporating a covered rooftop entertainment area
and landscaped external terrace for events.

The project was successfully completed on time and
within budget, while also achieving a Green Star 4
sustainability rating.

Designed to accommodate agile meeting and business needs, Dusit stands out as one of the most popular business hotels in Nairobi.

Delivered in conjunction with Planning Interiors, the project scope included the takeover of a distressed development and its completion through a hybrid construction management / main contractor role, ensuring successful delivery to the required standards.

The Tanzania development comprised a 174-key hotel, delivered through disciplined programme management,
proactive stakeholder coordination, and careful oversightof design and construction processes. The project was successfully completed within programme, reinforcing our ability to deliver high-quality hospitality developments on schedule.


The Serena Hotel

Refurbishment and expansion of the existing Nairobi Serena Hotel in the heart of Nairobi’s Central Business District, undertaken with full Project and Construction Management oversight.

The project scope included the construction of a new three-storey parking silo with basement, the addition of new hotel suites on the 7th floor, and extensive upgrades across the property, including guest rooms, back-of-house facilities, conferencing spaces, a ballroom, and public areas.

Significant improvements were also made to the main entrance portecochère, restaurant, and façade, incorporating double-glazed, soundproof windows to modernize the hotel, enhance guest comfort, and elevate overall operational efficiency.

The project’s complexity was heightened by the fact that the hotel remained fully operational throughout construction, requiring meticulous phased planning, stakeholder coordination, and careful scheduling to minimize disruption while maintaining safety, service quality, and high hospitality standards.

The successful execution demonstrates our capability to manage largescale, high-profile hospitality refurbishment with precision and
excellence.

I&M Kenya Headquarters – Nairobi, Kenya is a highly technical 5,500m² commercial development distinguished by its refined architectural expression and high-specification internal fit-out.

The project required careful coordination of design, engineering, and construction processes to achieve a modern, functional, and efficient corporate environment.Our scope included responsibility for both the base build
(shell and core) and the complete internal fit-out, delivered under an EPC contract.

The building accommodates a mix of corporate users, with international tenants occupying approximately 50% of the total space, requiring high standards of quality, flexibility, and compliance with global workplace expectations. A key feature of the development is its strong sustainability focus.

The fit-out and building systems were designed to align with an environmentally responsible philosophy, incorporating solar energy as the primary power generation source, alongside energy-efficient building solutions to enhance long-term operational performance and reduce environmental impact.

the bank’s operations, creating an integrated corporate and financial hub.

The development places strong emphasis on environmental
performance and long-term efficiency. Key sustainability features include a nano-technology solar covering to the roof to enhance renewable energy generation, as well as a water harvesting and catchment system designed to optimize water conservation and resource management.
